Despite making up 99.9% of the UK business economy there is still limited resource and support for SMEs that want to reduce their carbon footprint. Founded in February 2020, Go Climate Positive exists to make it easier for businesses which lack the required internal resources, to tackle climate change and prepare for the low-carbon economy.

Go Climate Positive has a single purpose which is to create a carbon management system that is not only affordable but also manageable for SMEs but which also allows businesses to focus on the projects and activities to effect the changes that are going to reduce their carbon footprint.

Via its membership model, Go Climate Positive carbon coaches use an annual cycle of calculation, reduction, offsetting, accreditation and tailored support to help businesses manage their carbon emissions and achieve their carbon reduction targets.

Go Climate Positive has now created a community of likeminded businesses that are all determined to tackle the climate emergency, who support and encourage each other and through a formula of measurement and carbon reduction planning is able to connect organisations to their sustainability goals.
